| The Out-Patient Attendance Commissioning Data Set Type carries the data for an Out-Patient Attendance or a missed appointment. The data set applies for Consultant, Nurse and Midwife attendances and appointments including Ward Attendances for nursing care. The column headed Opt (Optionality) shows whether the Data Element is Mandatory M, Optional O or Must Not Be Used *. | ||
