Notes:
The total number of TRANSPORT REQUEST INCIDENTS where an Emergency Response has arrived at the scene within 8 minutes from the TRANSPORT REQUEST CALL CONNECT TIME.

This is reported only for RESPONSE CATEGORY National Code 1 'Category A: immediately life threatening - presenting conditions which require a fully equipped Ambulance to attend the incident'.

This is derived from the difference in time between the TRANSPORT REQUEST CALL CONNECT TIME and the TRANSPORT REQUEST FIRST RESPONSE ARRIVAL TIME or the AMBULANCE ARRIVAL TIME (whichever is the shorter) .

If there have been multiple calls or Emergency Transport Requests to a TRANSPORT REQUEST INCIDENT, only one Emergency Transport Request should be reported.

Eight minutes means eight minutes and zero seconds or less (480 or less seconds).
